HOLY BALLS! AND THIS IS A 15?!!
If I'm honest, I'd have to humbly disagree with the Grade Nerf, Primarily because the 12th Segments are probably HARDER than the 16th Streams, due to only ONE of the 16th Streams having a Crossover of any kind in them, and it's at the end. This Chart not only tests your Technique, but your Stamina, at almost 600 Steps, which, at my current skill, is my limit. I'm hoping to build on this soon, since 750K is quite low for a Clear. At least, I don't remember clearing a Song with a Score UNDER 700K.

In Terms of Astrogazer as a song though, It's a reasonable tune, though not one that's Memorable to me. It's Good, just not great. Maybe it's just me.
