Stealth Camping - Winter Hammock - Tied to Concrete Posts on River

Another Random Adventure in winter on an island point. This was a stealth camp at the tip an Island under a viewing concrete deck. This island is located between 3 towns and is a crowded very popular walking, jogging, dog walking and running path.
My biggest concern was before sunset and after sunrise. To stay stealth my plan would have to br executed and timed perfect.
