Biden: Putin Has Decided to Invade Ukraine

On Friday, US President Joe Biden stated that the US now believes Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to invade Ukraine.
Biden's warning, which he based on a classified intelligence conclusion, represents a significant increase in the US assessment of Putin's ambitions. Until recently, US officials indicated that Russian President Vladimir Putin had not made a decision on whether or not to launch a military invasion of Ukraine. Biden stated earlier this week that an invasion was likely and that Russia could attack "within days," but he didn't say Putin had made the decision.
