Clint Morgan: Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 5

Born in rural southeastern Missouri. Majored in government at Claremont McKenna College in Claremont California. Moved to Texas in 2007. A law school graduate at UT Austin in 2010. Clint was married in 2005, and currently living with is wife and 4 children in Sugar land, TX.

Judge Scott Walker
Is the current incumbent judge for Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 5. Prior to serving as judge, his focus was with his privately owned law firm. He has been married to his wife for 47 years. He’s a graduate Dallas Baptist, and received his Juris Doctorate from Baylor School of Law.

Justice David Schenck
Justice Schenck was appointed by Rick Perry in 2015 (5th District Court of Appeals), and was elected for a 6 year term in 2016. Graduate of Baylor School of Law. Prior experience comes from overseeing key practices ranging from litigation to appeals for private law firms. Justice Schenck also served two years under former Attorney General Gregg Abbott. He currently serves as Chairman of the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct, the body responsible for oversight of the State Judiciary.

Weston Martinez: 4th generation Texan, & former Real Estate commissioner from Alamo City. He was an NCAA Bull rider, and graduate from Wayland Baptist University. As a resident of the Alamo city, he’s a big defender of the Alamo. He’s lived in the Alamo city for almost 20 years, and has worked with James O’Keefe on the arrest of a woman that made national news for voter fraud in Texas. Married 22 years with 5 children.

Dr Tim Westley
US Army veteran. Graduate of Wayland Baptist University, and served as pastor for 12 years. Later served as an educator ranging from public education to education professionals. He has served as Historian of the Republican Party of Texas for the last 18 under West and Rinaldi. Married for 26 years, 3 children, and 3 grandchildren.

George P Bush: (Attorney General)
Current Texas Land Commissioner, a Native Texan, veteran of the US Naval reserve. Attorney & Businessman, and Graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He lives with his wife in Austin with his two children.

LTC Allen West:
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He’s 3rd of 4 generations of military combat servicemen. He’s a decorated & retired combat veteran, with 22 years of honorable service. He’s a graduate of the University of Tennessee, and has 2 masters (Kansas State & US Army Command and General Staff Officers College). As a member of the Republican Party, he was elected to the United States Congress to represent Florida’s 22nd District, and later served as Chair over the Republican Party of Texas. He’s married with 2 daughters and a grandson.
