Recipe Instructions
1 cup dry rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Salt
Pepper

Optional:
chicken broth - use to cook rice
1 tablespoon of celery flakes
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Celery seed to taste
Shredded cheese

Cook 1 cup of dry rice according to instructions. If you use broth it will give it more flavor but it isn’t necessary.

Preheat oven to 400F degrees.

Mix cooked rice with 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of chicken with the juices, ½ cup mayonnaise.
Season with minced onion, salt, pepper.
(also add optional ingredients if you are using)

Cover with foil. Bake at 400F degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil. If using cheese, add cheese now and bake for an additional 15 minutes until edges are crispy. Remove and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
