SUPER FLUFFY KETO PANCAKES:
⅓ cup "ProFlo" (i.e. egg white bread, dehydrated and ground into a fine powder)
⅜ cup (or 6TBSP) almond milk, or milk alternative of your choice
1 egg, divided
1 tsp allulose
⅛ tsp monk fruit
½ tsp baking powder
splash of vanilla

1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT egg white together.
2. Whip egg white to stiff peaks.
3. Fold egg white into batter.
4. Heat pan/griddle. Make 3-4 pancakes. Allow first side to cook longer than a typical pancake.
5. Enjoy!
