Create a patch panel from scratch, don't clamp the sheet like this bdp#11

Attempt #1 at clamping the sheet to the form and starting to bend it over the form. I learned my clamping technique was not even close to good enough, and also learned that I need to start creating some folds in the area where I know a lot of metal shrinking needs to happen
