Dealing with the overly obvious our own blind spots
Matthew 7:3-5 - acknowledge and deal with our own blind spots called speck and plank
Jesus is clearly teaching that our blind spots prevent us from accurately evaluating the need of His truth transform our lives
Isaiah 44:14-16 - He chooses a cedar or a cypress or an oak, but first lets it grow strong in the forest. He plants a pine tree, and it is nourished by the rain. he also fashions a god and worships it; he makes an idol and bows down to it
Genesis 11:3-5 - We will become famous & Luke 12:18 - I will pull down my barns and build greater
