Ukraine, the eastern Russian speaking region, begun a general evacuation

General evacuation in D.P.R. and LPR has been announced.

Russian sources report that:
At the same time, the mobilization in the region begins, and Russia in many critical specialties.

Authorities in the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republic have immediately evacuated civilians from settlements along the contact line.

It is currently known that the evacuation is taking place without undue pressure on the residents of the area; however, there are indications that the forced evacuation of civilians can begin within 24 hours.
