This 15 minute Barre workout includes a nice long warmup with back work, feel good leg work, and ending standing yoga and final stretch. Workout is for those days you want to move a little bit, and feel good.

This is a standing workout, great for a quick morning, lunch break or evening routine.

Original Barre Method is taught in these videos as well as Pilates and Yoga. My instruction is based on movements that are effective and gentle on your body.
