You should never pay for music promotion! Coming from a music promotion company like Parkench13, this statement is moronic at first glance. It may surprise you, but in principle we agree. New upcoming and Independent Artists should be their own promoters and number one fans. Period. However in reality that is simply not the case. Allow me to explain.
