REBUTTAL: Ben Shapiro Claims Eating Meat Is Necessary To Be Healthy

He talks fast, very fast. When he talks social issues and politics I don't pay much attention. But when Ben Shapiro - www.DailyWire.com, Editor in Chief, talks about health issues he usually demonstrates that his knowledge about health is about that of the average person which is almost nothing.

Should we eat meat? Well, his wife, who is a medical doctor, says "Yes, there are nutrients in meat that you require." Is Mrs. Shapiro a nutritionists? Has she studies nutrition? Medical doctors get absolutely zero training in medical school about nutrition. None. Zip, zero, Nada. So why would Ben refer to his wife as an authority on whether or not we should eat meat. No offense to Mrs. Shapiro, MD, but you might as well use a grade school teacher or the mayor of a major city as your "authority" on nutrition because they know every bit as much about health as any medical doctor, including Mrs. Shapiro, MD.
