Move your Body! A quick Sun Salutation demo

This is a quick demonstration of how to do a sun salutation, normally we would do 3-5 rounds of sun salutation in order to warm up the body and release tight muscles, so watch the video a few times to understand the basics and then practice 3-5 rounds on your own!

A little background on why this video exists... I was commissioned to make 30 sec yoga videos, and this was one of those attempts. I failed at making it 30 seconds but I was close!!!
