✨ My tutorial on the WBTB technique (wake back to bed) for lucid dreaming. The wake back to bed involves setting your alarm for 6 hours after you fall asleep, and then getting back out of bed later with the intention of having a lucid dream.

In fact I'd say if you try this, you'll have a lucid dream in 3 minutes or less. I've had wake back to bed experiences where it's only taken a few seconds actually. The wake back to bed technique is a great way to lucid dream instantly.
