How One Bad Apple Spoils The Bunch - Sergeant Healey

Due to the actions of Sergeant Alan Healey most of if not all of the LASD that I come in to contact with pay the price for his dishonest, cowardly actions. So all Deputies I come across are presumed to be lying in my opinion. Sad part is that I personally have filmed dozens of dishonest Sheriffs. They lie and pull people out of their cars without any consent. In this video there is a man that only speaks Spanish and Deputy Lopez asks him in English if it’s ok to search him and his car.
