I Can’t Get Over Him!

Question: I’m struggling to get over a guy I dated for about 2 months—we broke up when he pretty much ghosted me. I still find myself going over and over things in my head looking for answers, when I know deep down it doesn’t matter what the reason was for him ending it. The bottom line is he chose to stop seeing me so he obviously isn’t interested. It’s been 8 weeks since we last talked and I really don’t want to end up spending longer getting over him then the time I was actually seeing him! I’ve blocked him on social media and I’ve listened to podcasts—I’ve listened to your “closure” podcast twice. How can someone be into you and then switch off their feelings overnight?
