tonight's episode was recorded 2/7/22 and we kick off the show as usual with our music news/history segment "It's Only Rock & Roll (But I Like It)" and tonight the whole episode is made up of this segment all the way through! first up is the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS talking about their reunion with John Frusciante, then The Boy Who Lived, HARRY POTTER actor DANIEL RADCLIFFE HAS BEEN CAST AS WEIRD AL YANKOVIC in a biopic about "Weird" one himself, later DOLLY PARTON clears up some pesky rumors about two of her ASSETS (VA VA VOOM!), and finally we all loved "THE DIRT" with MOTLEY CRüE and now we have some more "Dirt" in our two titular stories: bitchy singers NIKKI SIXX and EDDIE VEDDER TRADE VERBAL JABS about each others bands, etc and the "PAM & TOMMY" series on Hulu is a story Tommy Lee himself thinks WE SHOULD ALL SEE (even though I'm pretty sure we all know plenty about that sex tape amirite?!) and as our listeners know, we always talk about high-brow, mature topics and have very sophisticated takes.
