The RCMP have arrested 13 people over a seized cache of deadly weapons linked to a protest near the U.S.-Canada border in Coutts, Alta.

Among those arrested, four face the most serious charges of “conspiracy to commit murder,” accused of plotting to murder RCMP officers in connection with the protest.

As Tracy Nagai reports, Canada's public safety minister and security experts now say the case is drawing links to dangerous far-right extremist activity related to the disruptive situation in Ottawa.
