You won't believe this R3 Friendly Chipotle-Style Chicken prep recipe! I make a batch every week!

Absolutely the best method for
prepping chicken I've ever tried.
Super simple, delicious, and never
dries out. I use these throughout the
week for quick bowls, tacos, or just
straight out of the container when I
need a quick protein snack.

Per 4oz (standard chipotle serving
size):
130 Cals
22g Protein
5g Fat

Ingredients/directions:

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

Base seasonings (adjust based on
what you prefer): Salt, garlic, onion,
smoked paprika, chili powder

Additional seasonings/flavors I use
occasionally: cumin, black pepper,
cayenne, lime juice

Pre heat oven on broil to 475
Place baking sheet in oven right
when you turn oven on, add light oil
spray.

Once preheated, let baking sheet
continue to heat up for 5-10 mins
Season chicken thighs by sprinkling
light layer of each seasoning on
each side. I like to give a light oil
spray on the side that will face up in
the oven as well.

Add chicken to sheet (should sizzle
when placed on) – then add to oven
for ~12 mins to cook.
