FFXIV Endwalker MSQ 28-Strange Bedfellows

Pretty straightforward, simple quest dealing with the aftermath of everything. The calm before the storm that's for sure. What comes next completely shocked me. I didn't see it coming in any foreshadowing and I read the dialogue pretty thoroughly.
