AMSTERDAM – After a foundation led by Dutch entrepreneur Alexander Klöpping began gathering claims, Apple and Google are facing a potential class action lawsuit in the Netherlands over app store costs.
The action, which faces legal hurdles before a court hearing, stems from mounting criticism of how much the two companies charge de
