A military funeral honors urn ceremony performed with live bugler by the Indiana Army National Guard in October 2021. The flag recipient, a son, is an Army officer.

This ceremony demonstrates several elements Service members performing this detail would be recommend to emulate:
1) Flag tension is kept tight by flag man, making for a better looking flag when presented to family
2) Flag man uses a "knife hand" movement technique when unfolding the flag for a more ceremonious look.
3) Team (Detail) leader, left, uses the "wrist roll" to signal the folding movements of both team members.
4) Both team member's flag folding movements are synchronized.
5) Team leader speaks with a voice level that all can hear, at a moderate pace that can be easily understood.

Improvements recommended:
Team leader could have used the veteran's name instead of "your loved one's" phrase in the flag presentation speech to make it more personable.
