Alec Baldwin SUED By Family of Halyna Hutchins Over Shooting Death on Set of "Rust"

After 4 months, Alec Baldwin is finally named as a plaintiff in a lawsuit stemming from the shooting that took place on the set of "Rust." This suit, which is a Wrongful Death suit, also names the Assistant Director David Halls, Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed and several production companies with deep pockets. The family of Halyna Hutchins, who is filing the suit and represented by Brian Panish, are seeking an unspecified amount, but it's the first of may shoes to drop in this ongoing investigation.
