Making butter is so simple! This is definitely a skill you can quickly add to your toolbox and your kitchen table starting today.

For this recipe, all you need is:
Heavy Cream (Brought to 60-65 degrees)
Salt
A stand mixer (You can also just use a mason jar and shake a LOT if you don't have a stand mixer)

Add heavy whipping cream to the mixer.
Mix until butter separates from the buttermilk.
Pour buttermilk off of the butter and save for another use in your cooking.
Wash Butter
Let butter drain
Add salt (to taste)
Brag to someone about your newfound butter-making skills.
Shape and wrap butter.
Let butter chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Enjoy!
