Interstate Bridge project ‘solution’ delayed until July as oversight committees seek more time

IBR Program Administrator Greg Johnson explains his reasons for seeking a delay until July for creating a final IBR “solution.” Partners on both sides of the river want to see traffic projection data for “opening day” 2032 to see if transit or tolling can reduce the number of lanes needed.
