Crust:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup VERY cold butter
A few tablespoons of ice water

Filling:
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1/3 cup juice from the maraschino cherry jar

Whipped Cream:
16 ounces heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp granulated sugar
Splash of clear vanilla
