Canada's Trudeau to invoke rarely used emergency powers to end protests, CBC says

OTTAWA: According to CBC News, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will inform provincial premiers of his intention to use special measures to give the federal government extraordinary powers to deal with protests that have closed some border crossings with the United States and paralyzed parts of Canada's capital (Feb 14).
