Trudeau Makes Funding the Freedom Convoy Protests illegal | Canada Emergency Act

In OTTAWA, Ontario — Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau invoked emergency powers to block funding to the freedom convoy 2022 protesters, under this act GofundMe, GiveSendGo or any crowd funding website will have to report funds to the Government of Canada.

The Emergency Act Trudeau triggered will also increase police powers in stopping and arresting freedom convoy protesters. Hopefully these powers do not get abused but history as shown power corrupts.
