How to Mix A Solution For Your Nebulizer Using Hydrogen Peroxide

Here is a simple method to make your own saline solution for your nebulizer. We are using a saline solution you can make at home to dilute 3% hydrogen peroxide down to 0.1% for safe and effective nebulization.

I personally use this concentration and nebulize almost daily to counteract the insults from exposure to pollution and to maintain strong healthy airways due to my own history of childhood asthma. I listen to my body constantly and will nip any upper respiratory symptom (nasal congestion, sore throat, etc.) in the bud with intensified nutritional protocol plus a nebulizer treatment.

Hydrogen peroxide has been used for several years for many reasons and it is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-septic. It is commonly used in nebulizers to keep airways open. Nebulizing is an inexpensive way to support respiratory health boost lung capacity

TIPS:
You will be inhaling the mist from this solution, so I recommend “food-grade” hydrogen peroxide because it does not contain stabilizers (additives).
