Simple HIIT Workout

This workout requires two 35# dumbells and gets the job done.

25 - Pushups
10 - Burpee 35# Dumbell Cleans
25 - Situps
10 - 35# DB Russian Twists
x4

Some people refer to these workouts as Crossfit but I just like a well rounded work out that elevates my heartrate and hits multiple body parts.

I do this one in about 30 mins and my AHR is around 150bpm. I also did a 2.4 mile run before this routine.
