2022 5 Loco Contest Part 5 The Frame Plan

This is our first attempt at fabricating a frame for this project. Basically we're going to use the rough dimensions from an Atlas C30-7 and try to fabricate a test frame. We're using aluminum barstock from Ace Hardware to do this.
