The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power - Official Teaser Trailer (2022)

The first official footage from The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power debuted during Super Bowl LVI. The Amazon series takes place during the Second Age of J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth saga, long before the War of the Ring and the likes of Bilbo and Frodo, as an ensemble cast of characters confronts the long-feared re-emergence of evil to Middle-earth. Young Elrond and Galadriel will cross paths with all-new characters on the series, which premieres on Prime Video on September 2, 2022. J. D. Payne and Patrick McKay serve as the showrunners.
