How to Make Schezwan Chicken Noodles Recipe | Kitchen Savour | Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles

Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup Sliced Onion
¼ Cup French Beans
¼ Cup Carrot
¼ Cup Cabbage
¼ Cup Capsicum
1 Cup Boiled Shredded chicken
4Tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
1/2 Tsp Ching's Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp. oil
Salt for taste
Spring Onion for garnish
Method:
Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
Take oil in a heating pan, add the veggies and sauté for 1-2 mins.
Add the boiled chicken, Ching's Schezwan chutney, and Ching's soya sauce and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add the soaked noodles and put salt for taste (Mix well).
Your Schezwan Chicken Noodles are ready to serve hot made with Ching's Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles.
