Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup Onion
¼ Cup French Beans
¼ Cup Carrot
¼ Cup Cabbage
4 Tbsp. Spring onion
4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2Tbsp Ching's Schezwan Stir Fry Sauce
¼ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. oil

Method:
Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
Take oil in a heating pan, add chopped garlic and spring onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add the veggies and sauté them for 1-2 mins.
Add Ching's Schezwan Stir Fry Sauce and add the soaked noodles. Put salt for taste.
Your Schezwan Noodles are ready to serve hot made with Ching's Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles.
