Easy Stir Fry Noodles with Ching’s Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles | Kitchen Savour

Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup Purple Cabbage
¼ Cup Mushroom
¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper
¼ Cup Carrot
¼ Cup Capsicum
¼ Cup Veg Broth
2Tbsp Hoisin Sauce (Optional)
1 Tbsp. Ching's Dark Soya Sauce
1Tbsp Sesame Oil
2Tsp Cornstarch
2Tsp Minced Ginger-Garlic
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp. oil

Method:
Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
Next, mix Veg Broth, hoisin sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch in a separate bowl and prepare a mixture.
Take oil in a heating pan, add minced ginger and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the veggies and sauté them for 1-2 mins. Now add the noodles and mix salt and black pepper powder.
Now add the liquid mixture prepared earlier and cover for 1-2 minutes for cooking well.
