Healthy Chicken Hakka Noodle Recipe | Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles | Kitchen Savour

Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup julienned carrot
¼ Cup julienned capsicum
¼ Cup sliced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
½ Sliced chicken breast
3 Green chili
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Ching's Red Chili Sauce
Salt as per taste

Method:
Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
Take oil in a heating pan and sauté the chopped garlic in it for 2-3 mins.
Now add the sliced chicken pieces and stir fry them.
Add the veggies, Ching's Dark Soy Sauce, Ching's Red Chili Sauce, green chilies, and salt and mix them well.
Now add soaked noodles and stir fry them for 3-4 minutes and garnish it with green chopped onion.
Your Hakka Noodles are ready to serve hot made with Ching's Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles.
