Egg Hakka Noodles Recipe | Ching's Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles | Desi Chinese Recipe | Kitchen savour

Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup julienned carrot
¼ Cup julienned capsicum
¼ Cup sliced onion
2 Eggs
1½ Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce
1-2 Tbsp. Ching's Red Chili Sauce
½ Tbsp. Smith & Jones Tomato Ketchup
Salt as per taste

Method:
Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
Break eggs in a bowl and add salt and mix them well.
Now take oil in a heating pan, add the egg mixture and cook till the liquid dries up.
Take some more oil to another heating pan and add the veggies and soaked noodles.
Add Ching's Dark Soy Sauce, Ching's Red Chili Sauce, and Smith & Jones Tomato Ketchup and mix them well.
Now add cooked egg and green chopped onions to the prepared noodles followed by salt and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Your Hakka Noodles are ready to serve hot made with Ching's Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles.
