Pork Belly on the braai

Watch how this pork belly sizzles and gets smoked on the braai.

Recipe for rub:

3 Tablespoon Honey
25ml Olive Oil
2 teaspoons English Mustard
125 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
Half Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon Crushed Black Pepper

I slow cooked the pork belly on the braai for around 2 hours, after I took the pork belly and slow cooked it in a slow cooker for another 3 hours at a medium temperature in a brine of a mire poux.
