Becky Has Cut Her Residential And Commercial Cleaning Hours Drastically Thanks To Online Business

Hi I'm Darren, I'm here with Becky, and we're going to talk a bit about her online business. So Becky when did you start your online business?

I started probably two years ago, I would think, I'm going into my second year.

And what what is your background before getting into this?

I cleaned. I have a cleaning business, and so I cleaned residential and commercial buildings . And I also I in Port Alberni, so I also had a contract out in Tofino, and I cleaned rental houses out there. So it was, yeah it was busy.

It's a long commute.

Especially when the highways work started. Yeah it made for a heck of a long day.

And what would you say is your favorite thing about your online business?

My favorite thing? Oh that's a tough one. I think the people that I've met, the friendships that I've made. I think honestly I think that's probably my most favorite part about this whole thing. Definitely.

And how has your life changed in the past couple years since you started this?

Drastically, I don't have to drive to Tofino every day to work anymore. I've been able to scale back cleaning, so I've gotten rid of a good portion of my cleaning business, because I just don't have to do it anymore. It's how do you even answer that question, how has your life changed, it's so drastic. I mean mentally, I've mentally shifted, I have happier soul, if that makes sense. No more anxiety. I it's just it's been a huge shift for me, huge.

No I totally get it, and almost everyone says that same thing, because they come into this, I think expecting one thing, but then you get this whole side effect of this business, which is the personal development side, and you do become more positive.

Oh yeah.

It's amazing.

Yeah you know and you'd never think it in a million years, ever.

It's really great to watch people go through that process.

Yeah for sure. Yeah definitely.
