Brian Peckford served as the third premier of Newfoundland between March 26, 1979, and March 22, 1989. He stands today as the last remaining drafter and signer of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. On January 29, 2022, he spoke in Victoria, British Columbia, at a gathering in support of the Convoy For Freedom 2022. This is the official video from that occasion.
