So the "old school bodybuilding" routine is into its second of 4 weeks and although no PR's are being recorded, my body is still feeling the abuse, lol in a good way of course!

Hi volume inclines with the Arch nemesis was on today's menu (followed by weighted dips) and here is the last set of 10 sets to failure, think I scrapped out 11 reps here, with a medium neutral grip!
The pump was solid and the tunes were cranked, what more can a boy ask for :))
