Canadian Freedom Truckers Protests Spread Across The World

The freedom convoy protests have spread across to different regions of the world to countries such as France, New Zealand and Belgium. The movement ignited by protests in Canada has resulted in bikers and convoys in France heading for Paris to protest and people in New Zealand camping outside Parliament, where arrests have been made. The protest initially began in Canada where truckers are protesting COVID-19 regulations and vaccine mandates. Belgium and Austria are among countries that have banned the protests from taking place. The copycat protests are expected to extent to the US and there are fears they may interfere with this weekend's Super Bowl.
