(25)US dollar, aka The Susan B. Anthony - The "Suzy"(?) - coin collecting for beginners

The Susan B. Anthony one dollar coin was the first attempt to put a woman on a US circulating coin that was not an allegorical figure. It failed miserably! The coin has become a perfect lesson in how not to change a country's coinage. If any thing good came from this mistake, it showed Canada what not to do if you want a successfully circulating one dollar coin. See last week's video for more info about Canada's famous one dollar coin.

Sorry, at this time, the coins I am showing are not for sale but I hope to acquire some duplicates to sell or maybe even give away in the future. Many of the coins I mention can be found on online dealer sights. Susan B. Anthony dollars may be found at some US banks or mixed in rolls of the newer Sacagawea dollars.
