Protest precautions bring downtown Toronto to a standstill

The police are scrambling and disrupting the roadways themselves out of desperation lol. This is comical. Incompetence at every level of government. Last week there were 3 arrests. 3!!! And they are acting like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off.
