Resident Evil Welcome to Raccoon City Review

A new decade brings a second chance, an anniversary opens a new opportunity. On what has sadly become familiar territory of Memory Lane within the streets of Raccoon City, Resident Evil 2021 didn't land in it's rebooted effort in cinemas. It made for a decent enough viewing but the series as well as video game adaptations deserve much better. Join your Horror Host, Inkarnate as the Mind's Eye relocates to the hometown of the Umbrella Corps where zombie dogs run amok, the Jill Sandwiches amongst the locals is all the rage, and experiments rise from the city's bowels, the shadows, and the dead.
