It already has, in point of fact. Joe Biden's new "Build Back Better" bill is building back more of the same, despite its flaccid moniker. Among many provisions that build back billionaires while doing jack shit for anyone else is an attempt to provide 475 billion dollars in tax relief for the top 5 %.
