Ottawa freedom protest: Confederate, swastika flag a staged photoshoot by propagandists?

Propagandists have every intention of portraying the Ottawa freedom protest in as negative a light as possible. One way that they have done so is by sending two henchmen with photographers down there. One of the henchmen had a confederate flag and the other a flag with a swastika. Both were unidentifiable because they had covered almost their entire face. The actual protesters had uncovered faces.

The photographers shot high quality images which were subsequently disseminated across all main stream propaganda channels in the world.

This tactic is neither new nor uncommon. With more protests, plain clothed police or other hired help are there to incite violence, making the actual protesters look bad.

See also this recent video where the same pattern in a Brussels protest was pointed out, including video footage to back it up. The hooligans are henchmen. (I don't find every piece of presented evidence equally convincing, but there's more than enough convincing evidence.)
