Problems with Modern Monetary Theory

This is a lecture I recently gave at Truman State University. Note: Starting at 0:0:20, I misspoke. I said, "The government doesn't need to worry about inflation." I meant to say, "The government doesn't need to worry about deficits." My subsequent argument follows from the correct statement, not the misstatement.
