Today we’re going to be talking about how to buy a house easily and quickly. Buying a home will be one of the largest and most complex purchases (or investments) you’ll ever make. This is why you should be well educated and fully aware of everything you need to do to get your dream home. In this video, I’ll tell you everything you need to know on how to buy a house without all the hassle and headache so you can go out and confidently find your dream home

1:13 The first step is to hire a realtor. Real estate law and the home buying process have become so complicated that you need to hire an experienced realtor right away in today's market. They’ll be able to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you get the best deal possible

3:24 The second step is to get pre-approved for a loan. There are many great loan options out there, and at the end of the day, you just need to speak with a great local lender who will be able to tell you which loan is right for you.

5:25 Now that you’re pre-approved for a loan, it’s time to figure out what kind of house do you want. Now the perfect home doesn’t exist, and unless you have unlimited money, you’re going to have to make some compromises, which is why I recommend making a list of must-haves and wants.

7:16 Step four is to start touring houses. Now realistically, you should only be looking at a few places before you find the perfect one to buy. Now, 3D tours are another great way to look at houses and buy a house sight unseen.
