I will be doing a test with three exogenous ketone products to help understand how they impact ketone levels.

This will take place over four days, which will include:
1) Baseline day of testing breath ketones with no exogenous ketone supplements
2) Each morning, 1 cup of coffee with LMNT mint chocolate (no food)
3) One hour post coffee/LMNT, test breath ketones
4) Consume one serving of one of the exogenous ketone products
5) Test multiple intervals: 15 minutes, 1-hour, 2-hour, 3-hour
6) Only water to thirst during test intervals
